Take the Northgate exit (#173) and turn left (north) on 1st Avenue until you come to the light at Northgate Way. Turn right and go east about a mile to the light at Roosevelt Way. Turn left on Roosevelt and go 1 block north. Veer left at the "Y" (just stay on Roosevelt) and we're the 2nd bldg on your right: the Roosevelt-Pinehurst building ("Law Offices" and "Century 21"), address is 11320 Roosevelt Way, N.E.

Take the 145th St. exit (#175) and cross over the freeway to the left. Turn right on 5th Ave. and go south (parallel to I-5) to the light at 130th St. Turn left - 130th St. becomes Roosevelt Way at this light and then dog-legs due south at the next light (125th St.). Just stay on Roosevelt - 12 blocks south to 11320 Roosevelt Way, N.E. (left hand side).

Hwy 520 to I-5 or via Bothell-Lake City Way: at Lake City turn right on 125th St. and go west about 1 mile to 15th Ave. N.E. Turn left on 15th and go south about one mile. 15th veers right and becomes Pinehurst before merging with Roosevelt. We're on the right, just before the merge: the Roosevelt-Pinehurst Bldg.
